We need you, your HOA, and your business.
As an all-volunteer group, we accomplish a lot with a little, but we depend entirely on our very modest dues. The dues pay for essentials such as maintaining the website, sending community emails, printing, and rental of facilities and equipment for public meetings. By becoming a member, you play a vital role in helping us make a difference.
Join as an HOA
Our member HOAs are vital to the PFCA financially and in leadership. Many of our board members are HOA officers, who value being involved with wider community matters that impact homeowners. Join as a Business
As a business owner or manager, your valued perspective helps shape the PFCA. Membership in the PFCA helps your visibility in the community with a presence on the PFCA website and an official welcome in our update email. Join as an Individual
Our individual members are the backbone of the PFCA. Individual Memberships are just $20 a year, every penny of which is put to careful use. You can also support the community by volunteering at PFCA events or serving in an administrative role for us. And there may be an opportunity to serve on the PFCA Board. Open position on Board of Directors
We have an open Board position and are looking for applicants who are community-minded and have a few hours to spare each month. The Board generally meets once a month except in December. Find out what's involved in being a board member. Contact Connie Day at president@powersferryca.com.
Other open positions
The PFCA Leadership Team is looking for volunteers to fill positions that support the work of the Alliance. None of these positions require being on the Board of Directors, nor do they require a commitment of more than a two to four hours a month unless you choose to expand the work.

Maintain the list of current members and send out renewal notices as well as reconcile the membership roster to dues received by the Treasurer. Knowledge of MSExcel helpful. Website Co-Manager
Team with the current website manager to keep the PFCA’s website up to date. Knowledge of WordPress or previous website experience helpful. Facebook Page Administrator
This position is important, but has a low time commitment. It involves monitoring the PFCA Facebook page and providing updated content about things going on with the PFCA. Adopt-A-Mile Cleanup Coordinator
Serve as lead for the popular Spring and Fall Cleanups. Involves publicizing the events, managing the sign-up software, working with sponsors, coordinating with Keep Cobb Beautiful, and participating on the day of the events. Liaison to Cumberland Community Improvement District (CCID)
This mainly involves attending the monthly CCID Board of Directors meeting as an observer and keeping the PFCA’s Board of Directors informed about any topics that affect the Corridor. This is also a great way to learn about things going on in the PFCA’s area. Financial Reporting Administrator
