The project is a six-story apartment building and a three-story office building on
3.7 acres along Shadowood Parkway. The site is behind the Dunkin Donuts, which
is at 2022 Powers Ferry Road.   

287 luxury apartments are constructed around the parking deck. The distinctive architecture of the building gives the exterior a variety of different facades, so it feels like a streetscape with smaller buildings, instead of one large structure.
