Wheeler 2025 ACT scores: #1 in Cobb and Georgia
A huge congratulations to Wheeler students and teachers! Wheeler's average composite score of 28.5 is #1 in Cobb County and #1 among traditional high schools in Georgia.
The ACT (American College Testing) tests students in four subject areas—English, math, reading and science, and combines those to determine a composite score as well. Wheeler 2023 ACT Composite score Leads Cobb Schools
According to figures released by the Cobb school district, Wheeler’s composite ACT score is 26.5, up from 23.4 in 2022. Wheeler is one of four Cobb schools with composite scores over 24. The others are also in East Cobb: Walton Walton (25.8), Pope (24.5), and Lassiter (24.4).

296 Wheeler students took the SAT this spring, producing an average score of 1,211, which tied for 10th in the state. This achievement reflects the hard work put in by the teachers and students, not only at Wheeler, but at Brumby Elementary and East Cobb Middle School, which feed the high school. Go, kids!
