Guidelines for attending PFCA board meetings*

The PFCA Board of Directors will hold its regular board meetings on
the second Wednesday of each month, typically from 6:30-8:00 PM.

​Meetings are open to the community, subject to the following guidelines:​

(1) Board meetings are not community meetings; therefore, community members attend as observers unless they have made a prior arrangement to be on the agenda for a specific meeting. You can request to be on the agenda by contacting the president no fewer than five (5) days in advance by email.

(2) If you plan to attend with more than three additional people, you must notify the president at least ten (10) days in advance, since arrangements may need to be made for an alternative meeting space due to room size or parking availability.

(3) To confirm the time and learn the location 
of a specific meeting, please send an email request.


*This notice fulfills the requirement set in Article VI, Section 1, Bylaws & Standing Rules.
